Wow! What a day we had on Saturday! Chad and myself just wanted to thank you all for being there to prepare, serve, and collect all of the food for our wedding. First of all, the food was delicious (which I knew it would be) it tasted great and there was lots of it. I've received nothing but compliments so I would like to pass that along.
Secondly, we have to commend you all for your professionalism on Saturday. A wild storm flew through during dinner & unfortunately your end of the tent seemed to get the brunt of it. A few times I even thought we might loose the tent! You all did a wonderful job & just kept working and serving away as if nothing was happening! Thank you all so much. I know I was able to thank some of you in person, but for every else – thank you for helping out [for] our memorable wedding! (What a great story this will make for!).

I wanted to write and tell you what a pleasure it has been working with you for so many years at our regular breakfast meetings. As you know, we have recently had to change venue to accommodate parking for the larger number of members attending these events and, with the limited number of members attending to move to a facility with its own catering service. Your cuisine has always been outstanding and, I'm sure, played a significant part in bringing the Business Breakfast Networking event to the level that necessitated this change.
Please be assured that we will definitely be using you in the future for other events, and that we will be happy to provide references and recommendations to anybody seeking catering services.

We would like to thank you for the wonderful catering you performed at our daughter's wedding on 22 August at the ABC Hall in Alcona Beach.
The meal was superb; the service swift and professional and your assistance in soothing the fears of a very nervous mother of the bride has been very much appreciated.
Since the wedding, we have received many compliments over the meal and thought we should pass them on to you. The chicken in white wine sauce was beyond a doubt the tastiest I have ever eaten; our guests were raving over this dish. The chicken was very moist and positively scrumptious! The serving sizes were generous and artfully arranged on the plates.
Many guests commented that they had eaten chicken at many weddings but none compared to the delicious chicken in white wine sauce that you prepared. Other guests remarked that they enjoy the summer salad, the yummy cheesecake with assorted toppings, and the vegetables because they were fresh & crisp... wow, the comments are still pouring in!
Thank you for helping to make our daughter's wedding a memorable occasion. We appreciate your care & concern for details and all that you did to make this possible.
Please know that should we need for a caterer in the future, it is Catering By Colin... without a doubt! As well, we would recommend your catering service to anyone.

This is just a wee note, to thank you for the wonderful job of catering which you provided to the Barrie Literacy Council last Wednesday, May 20th.
Your buffet table offered something for everyone: fresh vegetables, fresh fruit, and non-rubbery, tender, moist chicken! Both the fruit cup and the more calorie-laden cakes and tortes were also hits with our members.
Would you please convey our thanks, as well, to your staff? In addition to their –and your- help at the buffet, your staff were particularly effective after dinner, when their quiet retrieval of dishes allowed our members to focus on the on-stage presentation.

With guests from California, Texas, Georgia, Virginia, and many closer States, as well as from western Canada and Europe, I was worried that our bill of fare might fall short of the expectations. As it turned out, they were overwhelmed. The quality, quantity, and above all, the presentation, impressed everyone.
Many comments were made about the cheerfulness and kindness of you and your assistants.
My wife and I are rather proud to have been associated with you in our first endeavour of this kind.
You will pleased to know that Grace United Church were greatly impressed by your professionalism. The kitchen, of which they are justifiably proud, was the subject of some scrutiny when the event ended. The condition of things passed muster and I understand that you will be welcomed back.

Everyone was very enthusiastic about the perfect dinner which you and your staff provided for our volunteer dinner on Tuesday evening. I think you will agree that "word of mouth" advertising is the most effective kind, and I know that I and many others will be recommending your service at every opportunity.
The food, presentation, and service were excellent. The table were attractively set, and the ladies were professional. I was especially very impressed by the calm manner and cheerfulness of the two ladies who arrived first, bringing the food and table settings. They worked quickly, efficiently and pleasantly, in spite of the difficulty of not being able to get into the Centre early. We had been told that there would be a function going on in the hall until after 5 o'clock, and that we would not be able to set up until after that (in fact, we were given a $100 reduction in the rental, for that reason). However, when your staff arrived before 5, they were unable to get into the building. They were most gracious in carrying on, even assisting with setting up our punch table, and served our meal promptly as scheduled.
